Terms & Conditions

By booking directly with Mandala Hospitality Group and/or their motel websites you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

General

The Motel reserves the right to refuse service and cancel any reservation that does not meet the following terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. To stay at a Mandala Hotel, a person under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A valid credit card and photo ID will be required on arrival if requested. If a valid credit card is not presented, a cash bond of up to $200 is required.

Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled up to 2.00pm (local time) one day prior to arrival with no penalty. After that time, the total value of the accommodation stay will be charged to the credit card on file. One night will be charged for persons who do not check-in on the date of their booking (no-shows).
Note: This cancellation policy does not apply to Special Discounted or Promotional Rates – refer to the cancellation policy on your confirmation email which is specific to your booking.

Cancellations for Discounted and Promotional Rates

For example: Advance Purchase Rates, multiple night stays and “Stay 2 and Save” offers. Advance purchase and other specials will be charged at the time of booking. These rates are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out time is 10.00am. Changes to check-in or check-out times can be arranged in advance directly with the motel. Changes are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Reception hours: 8.00am – 7.00pm Monday to Saturday, 8.00am – 6.00pm Sunday.
Prior arrangements must be made with the motel if arriving outside these hours.

At Check-In

A valid credit card and photo ID will be required on arrival. If a valid credit card is not presented, a cash bond of up to $200 is required. Payment by third-party credit cards (Charge Back) may be arranged in advance by contacting the hotel directly.

Rates and Charges

Full payment for your stay will be charged within 24 hours of arrival unless stated otherwise. Visa, MasterCard and American Express all incur a surcharge of 1.3% per transaction. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, per room, per night and include GST.

Additional Beds

Roll-away beds are available at an additional charge of $30 and are subject to availability. Roll-away beds can only be used in certain room types. All cots requested cost $20.
Mandala Hospitality considers children to be between 3 and 16 years of age. Children aged 0–3 years can stay at no additional charge using existing bedding.

Guests’ Liability

All guests will be liable for any loss or damage to their accommodation room and its contents, fair wear and tear accepted. All guests agree to pay the rate quoted for the entire stay and any additional charges billed to the room before, during or after the stay; including but not limited to mini-bar, room service and food and beverage outlets.
All Mandala Motels in Australia are non-smoking. Any guest smoking in their room may be asked to leave the Motel and will incur a charge of $400 for having the room offline for cleaning and deodorising.

Best Rate Guaranteed

Mandala Hospitality guarantees all guests will get the Best Available Rate when they book directly with the hotels either by phone, email or on the hotel’s own websites. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates or advance purchase offers. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply if the lower rate is achieved via a currency conversion. When comparing rates, both rates must either include or exclude tax to ensure a fair comparison.
