Terms & Conditions

By booking directly with Mandala Hospitality Group and/or their motel websites you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

General

The Motel reserves the right to refuse service and cancel any reservation that does not meet the following terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. To stay at a Mandala Hotel, a person under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A valid credit card and photo ID will be required on arrival if requested. Cash is not accepted. A $200 Bond is charged as a Pre-authorisation for security upon arrival.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 2.00pm. Guests arriving after 5:00pm will need to call the hotel prior to 2:00pm on the day of arrival to organise late arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am. Changes to check-in or check-out times can be arranged in advance directly with the motel. Changes are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Reception hours: Monday – Sunday 9am – 5pm 
Prior arrangements must be made with the motel if arriving outside these hours.

At Check-In

A valid credit card and photo ID will be required on arrival. We charge a $200 pre-authorisation on a bank card or credit card upon check in for bond and security. Payment by third-party credit cards (Charge Back) may be arranged in advance by contacting the hotel directly.

Rates and Charges

Full payment for your stay will be charged within 24 hours of arrival unless stated otherwise. Visa, MasterCard and American Express all incur a surcharge of 1.3% per transaction. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, per room, per night and include GST.

Additional Beds

Porta Cots can be requested for a fee. Mandala Hospitality considers children to be between 3 and 16 years of age. Children aged 0–2 years can stay at no additional charge using existing bedding.

Guests’ Liability

All guests will be liable for any loss or damage to their accommodation room and its contents, fair wear and tear accepted. All guests agree to pay the rate quoted for the entire stay and any additional charges billed to the room before, during or after the stay; including but not limited to mini-bar, room service and food and beverage outlets.
All Mandala Motels in Australia are non-smoking. Any guest smoking in their room may be asked to leave the Motel and will incur a charge of $400 for having the room offline for cleaning and deodorising.

Best Rate Guaranteed

Mandala Hospitality guarantees all guests will get the Best Available Rate when they book directly with the hotels either by phone, email or on the hotel’s own websites. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates or advance purchase offers. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply if the lower rate is achieved via a currency conversion. When comparing rates, both rates must either include or exclude tax to ensure a fair comparison.
