We do not offer an onsite restaurant or room service however all guests staying with us receive 10% off meals when they show their room key. Options include Boatyard Restaurant (closed Sunday & Monday), & Gunners Arms Tavern (closed Sunday & Monday).
Check-in is from 2.00pm, If you require to check-in earlier please call our friendly team to organise. Early check-in are subject to availability.

No, we do not accept cash payments.
Mastercard, Visa & AMEX, these cards are available at a 1.3% surcharge for all transactions. We do not charge a surcharge on debit cards.

We offer parking for one vehicle per apartment; additional parking is available for $10.00 per night.
Yes, check-in later than 5:00 PM is possible by prior arrangement, but it must be scheduled before 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Yes, our two-bedroom apartments with internal staircases and our three-bedroom apartments are equipped with baths.
Yes, our two-bedroom apartments feature a kitchenette equipped with electrical appliances, while our three-bedroom apartments include a full kitchen with an oven and stovetop.
There is no elevators on site, if you require a room on the ground floor please let us know at the time of your booking.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our hotel rooms
Launceston is 1.5 km away, an easy 10-minute walk through picturesque City Park. We are also walking distance to UTAS Stadium and James Boag Brewery.
