What are we doing in response to COVID-19
As we welcome you back to our hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols. We are redefining our cleaning & safety standards and we will be actively monitoring and evolving our solutions to ensure we have a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates. Is our restaurant open?
We do not have a Restaurant or Café on site. A Café is just across the street.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 2.00pm, If you require to check-in earlier please call our friendly team to organise. Early check-in are subject to availability.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is from 10.00am. If you require a late check-out please contact our friendly team. There will be an additional charge and it is subject to availability
Do we accept cash payments?
Yes we do accept cash payments but will require you to leave a $200 cash deposit at reception which will be returned on check-out.
What card types do we accept?
Mastrecard, Visa & AMEX, these cards are available at a 1.3% surcharge for all transactions. We do not charge a surcharge on debit cards.
Is smoking allowed?
All our rooms are NON SMOKING.
Can I park on site?
We offer free parking of one vehicle to every room. Some parking for large vehicles or trailers is also available.
Do you provide extra bedding?
Yes we can provide additional roll away bedding at a surcharge of $25 per bed
Can I check in later than 10:00pm?
Yes we have late check in available . Please make sure you call our friendly team to let us know you will be arriving late and we will provide you with our late check-in procedure.
Do you have Baths?
Upstairs 2 bedroom apartments, All 3-bedroom apartments have baths. 2 of our 3-bedroom apartments have Spa baths. These rooms may be at an additional price for the upgrade.
Are there kitchens in the rooms?
Our 2-bedroom apartments have kitchenettes. Our 3-bedroom apartments have full kitchens. The Motel rooms have microwaves. Toasters and kettles. If you require a room with a kitchenet then please contact our friendly team. These rooms are subject to availability and may occur an upgrade charge.
Do you have Elevators?
There is no elevators on site, if you require a room on the ground floor please let us know at the time of your booking.
Do we allow pets?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our hotel rooms
Does each bed offer an Electric blanket?
Yes, every bed is supplied with an electric blanket.
How far is it to the city?
Launceston is 1.5 km away, an easy 10-minute walk through picturesque City Park.
Is there shopping nearby?
Yes, we are directly across the street from a very substantial shopping complex.
Do you have a Gym?
No, but a large commercial gym is directly across the street.
Loads of room for sleeping, cooking facilities, close to shops and town centre. Staff were friendly, Only a 10 minute walk to the city centre, loads of pubs and restaurants available. Off street parking, you cant hear your neighbour snore either!
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was a very good. It is close to a shopping centre and hotels and the staff were very helpful. We had facilities to cook in the room but chose to eat out most of our 7 days stay recently.
