All bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower over bath are located on the first floor with the living spaces and a full kitchen including electric oven and stove top, powder room are located on the ground floor. The apartment has reverse cycling air conditioning, iron and ironing board and modern furnishings.

Your stay includes complimentary WiFi, complimentary onsite parking for one vehicle. All rooms are non-smoking. Guests can receive 10% off meals when they show their room key at Boatyard Restaurant (closed Sunday & Monday), Gunners Arms Tavern (closed Sunday & Monday) & Clarendon Arms Pub (closed Monday & Tuesday).

For all bookings over 5+ nights a mid-stay service is included with 7+ nights including a linen change.
